Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in 1pc/mesh bag and 20pcs/carton. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer which is specialized in the production of swimming and diving products over 17 years，and we have professional team of workers , Designers and inspectors. Our factory is in Dongguan and our office is in Shenzhen. Welcome to visit!

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB.

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: The exact delivery date need to according to your style and quantity. Usually within 15 work days after receive the 30% down payment.If you choose the items which we have stock ,we can deliver in 7-15 days. For some countries where our overseas warehouses are located, the shipping time is shorter.

Q7. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. Generally, samples fee are free， but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q10. What is your Minimum quantity ?
A:For normal products, 100pcs/color for one style. If you can not reach our minimum quantity, please contact with our sales to send some models which we have stocks and offer you prices to order directly.
